Church of South India Makes its Presence Visible in the Missional Conversation on AMC 2017 at Ranci

CSI Synod, Chennai: Church of South India(CSI) has participated in a Missional Conversation on Asian Missionary Conference (AMC) -2017 at Ranchi on 23-24 August 2017.It was the National Level Pre-Assembly to the AMC-2017, which was jointly organised by the Christian Conference of Asia (CCA), the National Council of Churches in India - Unity and Mission (NCCI), Church of North India - Chota Nagpur Diocese (CNI -CND), National Missionary Society of India (NMSI) and Indian Missions Association (IMA).

The theme of the conversation was "Journeying Together: Prophetic Witness to the Truth and Light, in Asia"’. In this regard, Church of South India (CSI) has presented a paper on "The Reign of God". Seventy- five Participants, including Mission workers from the church Mission board/Mission organizations, Theological Faculty and Students, Community/Social Activists, Socio-Political Scientists, Academicians, Church and Ecumenical Leaders, have participated in the programme. This conversation eventually turned out as a proper preparation for the Indian Delegates to the AMC-2017
