The Penultimate Day of the Mission Festival Starts with the Worship Service and Bible Study

The penultimate day of the Mission Festival organised by the Mission and Evangelism Department of the Church of South India Synod started off with the Worship Service and Bible Study. “Mission is not people’s mission whereas it is God’s mission” wass the emphasis of the Bible Study led by Rev. Dr. Bethel Krupa Victor, a professor in the United Theological College, Bangalore.  A thousand missionaries who hail from all the 24 diocese of the church of South India, enthusiastically participated from the morning devotion onwards in the Festival. After the Worship service, the participants led by the bishops of CSI paid homage to the great late Bishop Rt. Rev. V. S. S. Azariah, a great missionary from the Church of South India.
