The programmes for the pastors, evangelists and laity:

  1. Continuing Education: Periodical meetings, Bible study, In-service training, Resource material production and Pastors’ personal library.
  2. Publications: Bible study, Advent meditation, Lenten Thoughts Sermon Almanac, Ministerial Roll, News bulletin Prayer Diary and song book.
  3. Synod level meetings: Pastors’ summer family conference, Pastors’ study and reflection programme (PA-STU-RE),Young Pastors’ Meet, Rural pastors’ Meet, Women in ministry Meet and pastors’ spouses Meet.
  4. Regional Programmes: Andhra Pradesh,Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala pastors’ meet.
  5. Efficiency Improvement Programmes: Degree upgradation Study projects, Research and publication.
  6. Exposure visits: Inter-Diocesan, Inter-regional,Diocese to Synod, and International levels.
  7. Special programmes: Workshop on Music,Bhajans,Lyrics and Communication, Training in counselling, Journalism, Homilitics , liturgy and worship.
  8. Millennial programmes: Management Training to Ministers and Pastoral care to pastors.
