Green School Training Program at Karimnagar Diocese held on 4th October 2018

The CSI Synod Department of Ecological Concerns organized a training for teachers and clergy  of Karimnagar Diocese on Green School Programme on 4th October 2018 at  CSI Church Hanamkonda, Warangal . Dr.Mathew Koshy Punnackadu, Hon.Director of Ecological Concerns of CSI Synod  inaugurated the programme.  Dr. Mathew Koshy Punnackad and Mr. Sharath kumar took classes. They explained the significance of GSP and motivated teachers  and clergy. Rev. Ramulu Emmanuel , Convener of CSI  Karimnagar diocese coordinated the programme. The total number of participants- One hundred and eight. All the participants expressed their wonderful experience during the closing session. Following are some of them:

1.Dr. N Veena – It was literally very useful for every one of us. Learned about the importance of nature. The sessions were very thought provoking.2 B Ebby - I realised the significance of all creations. I'll definitely follow the six principles. Thanks for the wonderful service of the Ecology Department.3. B Bizapathi - Today's program was useful in my teaching field. Now I have decided to plant trees in our surrounding areas. 4. S Susan Daniel - Many pastors and teachers of various schools were benefitted by this awareness program conducted in our Telugu region we are grateful to CSI Synod Department.5. Rev R JeevaRathnam - I would like to establish eco clubs in our village schools. This training was very much useful to live an eco-friendly atmosphere. Thanks for this good training.6. Dn. Y Deepak - This program gave us new insights to improve my response towards nature and its belongings. The morning session inspired me more. I'll definitely make our campus clean & green.7. J JeevaRathnam - I personally understood the biblical basis of Ecology and how to practice in our daily life. How danger if we neglect God's creation.8. K Jaya Raju - I was greatly influenced by this program. I promise to carry out the things I have learned from this program.9. Rev Y John – I was inspired by the biblical interpretation of ecology, eco-theology, the principles of ecology & the need for planting a sapling . 10. Rev Dr Sudheer Karunakar - We the church should transform the people into an eco-friendly lifestyle.
