A Missional Story
"I am Gauramma, 65 years old lady living in Yenkepally, a village in Andhra Pradesh.  Since my childhood days, I was suffering from complete blindness. Eventually, I became destitute! No one was there to take care of me! Even my family members also forsake me and treat me as a burden and nuisance!

Each day, I was searching for someone who is ready to take care of me! I was eagerly waiting to get somebody who could able to support me to meet my basic needs!

One day, Mr. Reddy Babu, a Missionary visited me. He was ready to listen to my pathetic stories. I have shared my tears and pains to him.

Reddy Babu consoled me and shared the most inspiring Word of God to me! I was really consoled and encouraged! I just felt that someone is with me to realize and recognize my pains!

At the end of our conversation, Reddy Babu just asked me, 'AMMA, if you're totally neglected and deprived, Please come and stay in our home. We will treat you as our own Amma and we will feed you out of our subsistence!'

Now, Reddy Babu and his family are taking care of me well for the last two years. I am just feeling at home! Here and now, I am accompanied by a great missionary and his family whose words and deeds deem to be complimentary!

Today, I know, there are a lot of people just like me in searching for the true source of support and accompaniment!

Who will be ready to accompany the people those who are struggling ?????!!!!!!"

Let’s pray for Reddy Babu, his wife Hebzeba and Ebenesa (Sweety) their daughter for their great and commendable service!

This is a mission story from Yenkepally, Kuppam District, Andra Pradesh
