CSI Trichy-Tanjore Diocese Youth Conference – 2019

An annual Youth Conference was organized by the Diocesan youth movement with a prayer and Dynamic leadership of our Beloved Bishop Rt. Rev. Dr. D. Chandrasekaran and Bishop Amma
Mrs. Roselind Chandrasekaran from 31st Aug. to 2nd Sept. 2019 at the Esteemed Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirapalli. The conference had 656 (Male -367, Female -289) Youth delegates from all over the Diocese and among them 132 youths were committed themselves to Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Bishop inaugurated the conference with a Challengeable message and Bishop Amma lighted the lamp. Rev. S. Sudharsan, Clerical Secretary, Mr. S. Rajendran, Diocesan Treasurer and Dr. D. Paul Dhayabaran, Principal, BHC were graced the conference with their felicitation.

Bro. D. Selvin Rajkumar, YFT, Coimbatore and Sis. Chitra Rajendran, Madurai was our respectable resource persons they brought a realistic and challenging God’s words for to days youth. Mr. S. Manickam David Jebakumar, Director, LILL, Ariyalur and Rev. J. Solomon Paul, Director, Dept. of youth, CSI synod were motivated the youths towards the leadership attitude of the church. The following programmes were the highlight of the conference.

  • Debate on “Responsible leaders for to days church witness life Rising youths (or) Guiding olders” by the Judge Dr. R. Suresh Swamiyar Kaani, Nagarcoil.
  • Completions like Bible quiz, drawing and Group singing was conducted upon the theme.
  • Games and activities were conducted and Inspiring singing by Trichy DCC Music team.

The conference was co ordinate with a team headed by the Rev. D. Paulratnam, DCC Chairman & convener, Dharapuram, Rev. Paul Sundersingh, Youth Director, Mr. J. Samsom Kirubakaran , Youth Secretary , All the DCC Youth workers, All the Department Directors, All the Presbyters , Office bearers , Youth Movement of Trichy DCC and Dr. Paul Dhayabaran, Principal, BHC and College family.

Those were ever memorable days of the youth movement towards the transformation of new vision and mission.
