Case Study of Harish

Harish came to our residential childcare project at the age of Eleven years. His parents are agricultural daily wage laborer’s. Due to their low income, they were finding very difficult to meet the basic needs of this child. They wanted him to educate but their meager income was not enough.

Under this difficult situation they were admitted into our RD Hope for Boys Hostel, P.no: 20153, Madanapalli, Rayalaseema diocese in the year 2009. He was always a focused child and was looked up to by other children in the project. He was admitted in CSI Hope high school near to the project for sixth standard. He performed consistently well in academics. In 10th standard, Harish secured with 68% of marks in final examinations.

Harish was always an ambitious child in school. After his Intermediate, he opted for CA (Charted Accountant) and completed it with flying colors. Besides performing well in academics, young Harish was always active in extracurricular activities as well. He was inclined towards games and loved playing carom board. He is a focused boy who works hard to make the best of his future. Today, he is 21 years old and leads an independent life.

He now works as Charted Accountant in “DSB (Datha Sunil Barath)” Chartered Account Company in Bangalore. His salary Rs. 22000 / - per month. He loves his job and has adjusted well with the new people and environment. His plan is to grow along with the organization, and he is very excited about this new phase of his life. He and his parents conveyed thanks to CSIBCC / KNH and foster parents for their valuable support.
