Child A. Jeba Samuel was born in a Christian family. His father Mr. Arulanthasamy was working as an Evangelist in a village in the region by name Panaiyur. He preaches gospel among the village people and had to take care of the family consisting of Child Jeba Samuel and 3 other children with the offerings received from the village members. The Child’s mother Mrs. Chinnamal was a housewife and was taking care of the Children during the evening hours. As the child’s parents were not able to provide proper education and other basic needs to the Children, this Child was identified to be supported under the sponsorship program of KNH in the year 2010 when he was doing his 9th standard.
Child Jeba Samuel was very good in his studies and usually secured the 1st rank in his class. He also formed an essential part of the project involving himself in all activities of the project. An excellent guide to the smaller children and a child with commendable passion towards education and perseverance in all obstacles, completed his 10th standard Government Examination by scoring 387 marks out of 500 in the year 2012. He then was enrolled for his 11th standard (Computer Science) in Findlay Higher Secondary School, Mannargudi. By May 2014, he successfully completed his 12th standard and secured 788 marks out of 1200. As per his wish, he was enrolled for his B.E. Mechanical Engineering in Vetri Vinayaga College of Engineering, Thottiyam and he successfully completed his course 2018. He is the first Engineer in his family. During the final days of his college studies, a campus interview was conducted in his college by Delphi – TVS, a multinational motorcycle company headquartered in Chennai and was recruited to work with TVS, Chennai, He joined this company by August 2018 and is now undergoing his training period.
His goal oriented hard work, power to persevere and genuine commitment has guided him in his wholistic development and in becoming a contributive member to the family and community.
